What We Do

Homes For Rent

With 100% occupancy across our family units, we pride ourselves on providing well-maintained, hassle-free living.

Vacation Services

Going out of town? Give us a call and we can Maintain your lawn and sidewalks while your away!

Lawn - $50 per cut

Snow - $60 per push or $100 per week (IF NEEDED!)

Seasonal Services

Let us maintain your sidewalk and/or yard so you don’t have to.

Lawn - $200 per month

Snow - $250 per month

Spring/Fall Cleanup - $150 per (Plus $4 per bag charge if hauled away by us.) We blow and gather the leaves and edge and you get your first/last cut.

Dog waste Removal

Initial/one time fee $60-$75

Weekly service - $20-$30 per week (June-November)
